נוזל ניקוי לחדר נקי מכיל ריכוז של 70% איזופרופיל אלכוהול (IPA) ו- 30% מים מטוהרים (purified water) מוכנה לשימוש ללא צורך בפעולה נוספת. נוזל הניקוי TX117 עבר סינון פילטרציה ברמה של 0.2 מיקרון לרמת ניקיון גבוהה.
